Dear reader,

I would like to wish you a successful New Year!

I wish you - as well as myself - to focus on the essentials in life.

In my eyes, this is the family, those who surround you and love you.

Cherish the time given to you with your loved ones! Spend more time together in face-to-face conversations and exchanges instead of constantly spending time on the Internet and with your cell phone. Media education is not only for children, but also for us adults. Some time ago I read the interview of one of the most famous visionaries of our time and much of it I would confirm, here is an excerpt:

Steve Jobs (56) died of pancreatic cancer on Oct. 5, 2011, a billionaire with a fortune of about seven billion dollars, and here are some of his last words ...

“In other eyes, my life is the essence of success, but aside from work, I have little joy. And in the end, wealth is just a fact of life to which I am accustomed.”

“At this moment, lying on the bed, sick and remembering all my life, I realize that all my recognition and wealth that I have is meaningless in the face of imminent death. You can hire someone to drive a car for you, make money for you — but you cannot rent someone to carry the disease for you. One can find material things, but there is one thing that cannot be found when it is lost — LIFE.”

“Treat yourself well and appreciate others. As we get older, we are smarter and we slowly realize that the watch that costs €30 and the one that is worth €300 ‒ both show the same time. Whether we carry a handbag worth €45 or €450 ‒ the amount of money in the purses is the same. It doesn't matter if we drive a car worth 150,000 € or a car worth 30,000 € ‒ road and distance are the same, we reach the same destination. If we drink a bottle of wine worth 300 € or 10 €, the "intoxication" afterwards will be the same. And if the house we live in has 300 square meters or 3000 square meters ‒ the loneliness is the same."

“Your true inner happiness does not come from the material things of this world. Whether you’re flying first class, or economy class — if the plane crashes, you crash with it.”

Five pieces of advice from me:

1) Don't raise your children to be rich. Raise them to be happy. When they eventually grow up, they will see the value of things, not the price.

2) Eat your food as medicine, otherwise you must eat your medicine as food.

3) The one who loves you will never leave you, even if he has 100 reasons to give up, he will always find a reason to hold on.

4) There is a big difference between a human being and being human.

5) If you want to go fast – go alone! But if you want to go far – go together.

And finally, the six best doctors in the world:

1. sunlight
2. rest
3. exercise
4. healthy food
5. trust
6. friends

Cherish your family, your spouse, your friends .... and treat them well.

From my heart
